Standing Together: A Legal Response to the Anti-Inclusion Executive Order

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Investor Advocates for Social Justice has joined 27 other employers, firms, and organizations in filing an amicus brief with the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Together, we are urging the court to preserve our right to maintain diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

This case challenges an injunction against the Administration’s anti-DEI Executive Order. In our brief, we make it clear: DEIA policies are legal, effective tools for preventing discrimination, and essential to advancing opportunity, equity, and belonging in the workplace and beyond.

We also argue that these attacks on DEI are attacks on free speech and a direct threat to our long-standing work to build more inclusive and just institutions.
