Frank McMillan is the lead organizer for New Jersey Together, the northern New Jersey affiliate of the Industrial Areas Foundation. He has been organizing professionally – working with religious congregations and non-profit organizations around common concerns like housing, education, and criminal justice – for the last eleven years in New Jersey, Virginia, and Northern Ireland. Prior to organizing, he worked as a teacher in New York City.
